FAQ

1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are factory located in Shenzhen, established in 2013 , we have a professional software and hardware engineer team. 

2. Which services does OEM/ODM include?
A. Customer Logo printing;
B. Customized package;
C. Software customization: Booting image, UI design, App, Function, etc.

3.What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A. If we have stock, then any quantity as you want.
B. For OEM orders, MOQ will be 1000pcs for each model.

4: What about the Leading time?
For sample: within 3-5 days for standard products in stock.
For large order: about 25-35 days after we receive the 30% deposit and customers confirm all the OEM details.

5.Will you provide samples?
Yes, you can Contact Us and check if have ready sample available or not, we will check stock status and quote sample price to you. 

6. Which payments do you accept?
We would like T/T(30% deposit before production, and the rest 70% must be paid before shipment).
We accept T/T, west union, visa, credit card and LC etc according to the exact order amount.

7. Can my parcel be tracked and when can I get the tracking number of my parcel?
We will send you the tracking number on the second day after the parcel is shipped. You can track the parcel at the official website of the delivery company.

8. How about the warranty?
1 year warranty:
If there is any problem, you could contact us. Our professional after service engineers will contat with you.
If cannot be solved by you after instruction, you can return the defective products to us for maintenance. And then we will send back good items to you ASAP.
